About Us
Great Expectations Early Learning Center is owned and operated by
Angela Schueler, who began her child care career as a teacher in 1990.
In 2004 Angela opened GEELC with the goal of providing the
community with a high quality center with flexible scheduling options
available to parents. GEELC is a fully licensed facility, now serving more
than 90 families.
The staff and management of Great Expectations strive to meet each
child’s individual needs by maintaining open communications with our
families. GEELC encourages an open door policy where families feel
welcome to stop by and visit their child during the day and to take part
in classroom activities.
In 2006, GEELC collaborated with the Watertown Unified School District
to become an operating agency offering 4 year old kindergarten.
