Scheduling over six hours is considered a full day

Scheduling up to six hours is considered a half day
School Age Tuition and Fees - School Year Rates
Tuition rates include breakfast, lunch and snack for all ages
(including infant formula, cereal and jar food).
* Tuition payments are due by 6:00 pm on Friday of the current week. A $15.00 late fee will
be applied Monday morning if payment is not received on time.
* $35 NSF fee will be charged for any payment returned to Great Expectations due to insufficient funds.
* Initial Registration/Waiting List fee of $25.00 per family.
* Annual Enrollment fee of $75.00 per family, due by August 31st to reserve your child’s enrollment.
* All registration and tuition fees are non-refundable.
* 5% monthly payment discount when the full month’s tuition is paid by the first Friday of the month.
* 15% multi-child discount applied to oldest child(ren)’s weekly tuition when on a fixed
monthly schedule. Discount not applied to weekly rotating schedules.
* 15% Bethesda employee discount.
* 5% active military discount.
* Discounts may not be combined. Great Expectations will honor the greater discount if more than one apply.
* Birthday rate change will be effective the first full week following your child’s birthday.
* Fee of $1 each minute, per child, for any unauthorized late pick-ups or early drop-offs.
* Tuition fees are not affected by illness, holidays, vacations and/or other school changes or closings (vacation
vouchers may be used in lieu of payment under these circumstances).
* All families on a fixed monthly schedule will receive vacation vouchers worth two weeks their current schedule
(per child). Vouchers will be awarded annually to use from September 1st – August 31st.
* Additional vacation vouchers will be awarded quarterly to ALL families who have
made on-time payments, regardless of schedule.
